Right of withdrawal

There are real people at work here, trying to keep your ordering experience as simple as possible and to make the joy of the product as great as possible!

If your product is damaged or you have found any defects in the product, we will be happy to help you. Send your complaint and a product picture to drollydrop@oulook.com. Complaints can be submitted within 14 days of receipt.

Please do not return your individual order, we have no further use for it. We will process your complaint as soon as possible and send you a replacement product or a voucher for your further use in case of an error or defect.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate and fix the problem.

It is not possible to exchange the ordered item.
Defective items will be replaced by Drollydrop.com.

European Union 14 days withdrawal period
If the item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. As described above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Returned goods will not be reused and will be disposed of, so for environmental reasons we ask that you do not return your orders. If you have a problem with your order, contact us at drollydrop@outlook.com and we will be happy to help!

Refunds will be in the form of vouchers or replacement products.
